Since 2020, CNN Academy has partnered with Universidad de las Americas (UDLA) in Ecuador to train a cohort of communication students through a broad scope of intensive programs. In recent editions, UDLA students traveled to Mexico City to participate in the CNN Academy Latin America Simulation along with students from 8 Latin American countries. This event is already considered a major regional gathering for young LATAM storytellers.
