Ram is the Executive Editor for CNN’s FactCheck team. He has worked in newspapers, radio and television for more than three decades, mostly at CNN. In his current role, Ram is responsible for newsroom-wide script and story approval and helps to ensure that stories meet high standards of story-telling, clarity, accuracy, quality, fairness and balance, while avoiding libel, defamation and use infringement issues. His time at CNN has included stints as writer, copy editor, producer, correspondent, field producer and executive producer.
