Wendy Omanga is the Founder and Managing Director of Moonlight Initiative LTD and the current Miss Jungle Kenya 2022. She studied B.A in Political science and communication from the University of Nairobi. 

She is a passionate content creator in Climate Action through her advocacy in Riparian land restoration through Bamboo in Kenya.

She is a current Top 30 Under 30 Class of 2023, North American Association for Environment Education, and Board member at Climate Students Movement organisation based in Sweden, serving in the Communications Committee.

In her capacity as Miss Jungle Kenya 2022, She is an advocate for sustainable tourism, affordable bamboo housing technologies  and environment conservation in East Africa as she champions for beauty with a purpose as “conservation meets tourism”.
