Before joining CNN, Mario was executive editor and anchor of the Channel 11 morning newscast in Mexico and other Prisa and Televisa radio news shows. Previously, he was a correspondent for Noticieros Televisa. He has also interviewed numerous Latin American leaders over the past decades.
